Sales Executive/Account Manager

Pentegra Systems LLC is seeking individuals interested in helping us expand our growing systems integration business.  We are looking for highly motivated, self starters with strong business development skills and a proven track record in selling design-build Audio, Video, Data, Security or Telecom systems to corporate clientele.

Required Skills:

  • A “hunter” mentality with active, ongoing, prospecting experience resulting in generation of your own leads.
  • Strong grasp of consultative sales skills with an understanding that listening is more important than talking.
  • Understanding of technology implementations and ability to work closely with key technical personnel and project managers.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for integrity and accuracy of work product.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with financial decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills.


  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct corporate sales in one of our five divisional categories.


We offer base compensation, commissions, vacation and benefits commensurate with skill level and experience.
