Request Service

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to handle your call or email and will dispatch one of our service technicians as required, during normal business hours. After-hours emergency service is available at a premium charge.

Our normal business hours are:

  • 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
  • Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

To facilitate service/support, please have the following information available when you place a service call:

  • Main phone number of your facility.
  • An on-site contact with direct phone number.
  • Since many facilities have more than one system, the location, name, and type of system.
  • A complete description of the problem.
