Pentegra Systems LLC wins Excellence in Business Award at NSCA's Fall Business Conference
Elmhurst based Pentegra Systems LLC was selected to receive the Excellence in Business, Growth Strategies Award at the National Systems Contractors Association's seventh annual Fall Business Conference held on November 7-9 in Tampa, FL. The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA) is the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial electronic systems industry. The NSCA Fall Business Conference provided over 120 attending system integration company leaders the opportunity to network, learn new business techniques and obtain proven management tools.
The Excellence in Business Awards was new to this year's Fall Business Conference. The NSCA and their sponsoring manufacturers selected four systems integrators from their membership of over 2,500 firms to receive the award in this inaugural year. Each of the four system integrator companies were recognized for exemplifying best practices in the areas of growth strategies, professional development, project development and strategic advancement. Pentegra Systems was selected to receive the award for Growth Strategies.
Representatives from Shure Inc., one of the conference's sponsors, presented the award to Ed Karl, Chief Executive Officer of Pentegra, and Greg Augspurger, President of Pentegra. Ed Karl spoke to the attendees of the conference after accepting the award, outlining Pentegra's growth strategy of key acquisitions and focusing on the ability to be a single source provider for complete audio, video, data, security and telecom solutions. Ed noted, "Pentegra is proud to receive this inaugural Excellence in Business Award from the NSCA. We feel that we have managed our growth by combining companies with strong name recognition and noted expertise within their respective niches.
