Our Customer Service Representatives are available to handle your call or email and will dispatch one of our service technicians as required, during normal business hours. After hours emergency service is available at a premium charge.
Our normal business hours are:
- 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
- Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
To facilitate service/support, please have the following information available when you place a service call:
- Main phone number of your facility.
- An on-site contact with direct phone number.
- Since many facilities have more than one system, the location, name, and type of system.
- A complete description of the problem.
